Self-Installation or Technician Installation?

We offer two methods to order and install your ExpatTV service:

Self-Installation

Most of our clients are able to self-install their ExpatTV system. Self-Installation will get you up and running with ExpatTV as quickly as possible! Installation consists of connecting the ExpatTV equipment to your TV using the included HDMI cable, and then connecting it to your Internet using wifi or an ethernet cable. We provide step-by-step instructions, support, and a Quick Start Guide.

Technician Installation

If you would like our technicians to deliver and install your ExpatTV system and to give you an orientation and show you how to operate it, we are able to offer this service in the state of Quintana Roo, México, as far north as Cancún and as far south as Tulúm. On-site installation has an additional cost of $65 USD, and we will schedule your installation once we have enough work in your area to justify the time and expense of travel.

I understand that all ExpatTV equipment sales are final and that ExpatTV does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. In the extremely rare case of defective equipment or equipment failure, the equipment will be exchanged for equipment that is functionally comparable to the original equipment.
