Your ExpatTV service will be paused at the end of your current pre-paid billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
Then, when you are ready to reactivate your ExpatTV service, just visit the form again and submit your request to restart your ExpatTV service. There is no need to contact us in advance as we cannot schedule your restart in advance. Activation takes place quickly once we receive and process your request. Contact us on the day you want to restart, or one day prior, and your ExpatTV service will be reactivated. Your billing date will be reset to the date that your service is restarted. For example, if you ask us to reactivate your service on June 22, then we will do so, and your billing due date will be reset to the 22nd of each month.
You may pause your ExpatTV service once per calendar year at no cost. This does not carry forward to the next year if it goes unused. Once per year, period. Each additional pause after the first one in a given calendar year will incur an administrative fee of $30.00 USD.
We only have a few clients who turn their service off/on. The vast majority of part-time residents of Mexico get comfortable with their ExpatTV service, and they take their devices back to the U.S., Canada, Europe and elsewhere, around the world!
